Good day, dear members of DAEWOO family!

 As a result of world financial crisis the last 2009 was very hard not only for our company, but also for all of you. Despite all difficulties by means of your back-breaking labor our last year's indicator of sale has reached our planned level that is 73.5 million US dollars. Taking an opportunity, I wish to thank all of you for your merit and the contribution to company development.

 All of us know, that on the 8th April, 2009 after merge of two companies, «DAEWOO Textile Company» founded in 1996 and «DAEWOO Textile Fergana», founded on November, 2006, there was a large textile company «DAEWOO Textile Fergana», equipped by 180 000 spinning spindles.

 After merge of two companies, became obvious, that despite occurrence of some problems and difficulties we have not combined only their names, but also have united realization of our plans for ways of creation of huge and amicable company. I wish to express you especial gratitude for those friendly atmosphere which reigns in our company.

  This year as same as it was last year  is expected continuation of world financial crisis. Even if the heavy financial situation poses a big danger to our company, 3.5 thousand employees of DAEWOO family having closed together all forces, can overcome all future difficulties and to reach the highest and positive results.

 For overcoming of any difficulties in 2010, I have symbolically chosen the motto of this year: «Let's create the company №1 in Uzbekistan! »

 Under this motto near to the end of this year, I will try to do my best to create such company in which all your close friends and relatives would like to work, and those who work with us now, would like to work in our company till the end of their life.

 Proceeding from the aforesaid,

By improving of internal policy, I wish to reach three important criterions in company development:

 In the first place, policy of strict control over control system of company profit. At that time it is very important to expand direct export operations between states of the CIS, Russia and «DAEWOO Textile Fergana», and to reduce export volume through our founder in Korea Daewoo Corporation. 

For this purpose I want to make our office in Tashkent city as the basic centre of carrying out of export operations and strengthen its responsibility in export transactions.

 In the second place is localization of personnel system. After the union of our company last year, I wish to improve existing personnel system among local workers, the real owners of the company.

 Having seen exemplary work of the team leaders, managers and as chiefs of commercial and management departments, I can tell with confidence that you can properly supervise over the company.

 And at last, in the third, is a creation of the beautiful and faultless company. So that everyone who works here, feel cozy and comfortably on workplace, in clean and perfect order as at home.

 However all these cannot be reached only by my efforts and in this way your direct assistance and support is necessary for me.

 Dear members of DAEWOO family,

 After achievement of our purposes this year and creations of the exemplary company №1 in Uzbekistan the goals put before us will not be ended. Creation of the most advanced company in all over the world will be subsequent our goal.

Even if all 6 billion people on the earth create textile companies, our company «DAEWOO Textiles Fergana» should have own place among them and continue to develop with highly lifted head.

 At the end of my reference, I want to wish all of you good luck, health, happiness and well-being! Sincerely I ask you to unit all our efforts for creation of the exemplary company №1 in Uzbekistan and that each of us confidently go forward with feeling of internal inspiration and feeling of the owner of his workplace.
