 Company charities.

On initiation of DTF authority, have been granted money for rendering the assistance to educational institutions, including school №7 of Tashlak district, where study more than 400 children of our company workers.

 The purpose of the charitable action was enlarging of school library by educational books. On June, 16th, the representatives of Company have bought a lot of educational literature for school.

We hope, that such action will help children to receive new knowledge. Everybody knows, that books develop intelligence, independence of thinking, form spiritually mature and socially valuable person. Only from the well-educated generation the state can wait world level achievements in science, technology, culture and art. 

And our Company make small, but, we will hope, the effective contribution to development of young generation.

New equipment installation.

By the Company initiative was accepted decision on purchase of the new equipment in industrial sectors for the purpose of productivity increase and finished goods quality improvement. 
 At present time in the winding section are already established 2 complete sets of the winding equipment. Also have been bought 8 complete sets of detectors of extraneous substances in cotton. After finishing of all necessary customs procedures the equipment will be established on manufacture.

Has been held the second joint meeting.

   
On May, 18th, 2010 at central office of «Daewoo Textile Fergana» has been held the second joint meeting. At the meeting participated: Company President Mr. Jeong Ki Seop, the administrative director Mr. Son W.K., Labor union and industrial sectors representatives. At the meeting have been considered the most significant questions on Company development and the important events in DTF life:
- Possibilities of new employees attraction in our Company .
- The reasons of workers discharge. 
- Impolite behavior of leaders with subordinates.
- Giving day off for shift workers one time in a week. 
- Lunch menu changing at dining room.
- Improving of working conditions for workers.
- Moving of Tashlak office workers to Fergana central office.
- From May 2010г. 30 % of salary will be transferred on plastic card.
- The company has received in rent additional territory, which bordered to car parking. 
-  Plan of buses purchasing, with a view of transport routes enlarging.
  Also at the meeting were offers on creation of favorable and comfortable work conditions and well-being growth of workers.
  The following joint meeting will be held 22.06.2010.

Company has received additional leasing territory.

 “Daewoo Textile Fergana” company has received permission from Fergana city Hakim on territory rent, which bored to DTF parking.
 Company management accepted decision to close the road leading to gate-pass, for the purpose of control of transport movement and for workers safety.
It will solve a question about DTF territory railing from extraneous cars. The building of old kindergarten will be taken down, and for a municipal transportation will be constructed detour road. For improving of nearby territory, company plans to make cosmetic repair of the apartment houses, which are located on road to DTF.

Company experts have received visas to Korea.

Seven best experts of our Company have received the permission and visas for travelling trip to the South Korea. 
As it was planned earlier, they will be trained in "DAEWOO" Corporation central office within a week from June, 11 till June, 18th.

«Daewoo Textile Fergana» central warehouse. 

From May till June 2010, will be reconstruction of the Tashlak office, which will be re-equip to Central warehouse. The experts of departments of Kumtepa and Тashlak factories will settle down now at central DTF office. The given measures will lead to efficiency increasing of working process and management centralization.
