Spinning mill I 

         Spinning mill in the village Tashlak located in the territory with total area of 79 272 sq. km. m. (area factories - 33 810 sq.m) is the most modern spinning factory, specialized in manufacturing 100% cotton yarn. 
 
         At the factory employed 1050 workers, under the clear leadership of the Korean professionals, who have great experience and "know-how>. 

         Using 69 920 spindles at work, the overall productivity of a factory in a year is 14 000 tons of 100% single cotton yarn as weaving, and knitting supplies, the thickness of which varies from very coarse (NE 10 / 1) to very thin (NE 40 / 1). 

         Also, we produce 3 000 tons per year of double twisted yarn weaving and knitting supplies, using 27 sets of torsion and 4 sets trostilnyh machines. 

Capacity: 

  • Single Yarn - 69, 920 spindles 
  • Double Yarn - 27 (120 drums) 

Volume of production:

  • Single Yarn - 14, 500 tons per year; 
  • Double Yarn - 2, 300 tons per year; 

        Using advanced textile technologies, high-tech equipment and excellent cotton fiber grown in Uzbekistan, we are making giant steps towards in the future, producing products of superior quality.
