             Enterprise Resourse Planning system engineering.  

  ERP experts again have arrived in Fergana for creation of the modern program of full control and planning all company resources. From May, 1 till May, 22nd they will develop the project in "Daewoo Textile Fergana". ERP system is created for unit of Company's data into single information date-base.                    

             For system creation is required the help from the both sides of Korean and local experts. In this connection, for assistance in program creation process are appointed Task Force Team: all Korean directors and also local experts: Hakimjanov Uchkunbek, Umarchaev Alisher, Ergashev Oybek, Muminov Mirzohid, Mirzaev Bekzodjon, Parpiev Sherzod, Muminov Olimjon, Raimov Hayrullo, Rahmonov Muminjon, Gofurov Zokirhon, Omonova Sayora.

        From May, 23 till May, 29th, ERP experts will work on creation of the similar system in "Daewoo Textile Bukhara" factory, in Bukhara city.

The first joint meeting is held.

  On April, 20th in «Daewoo Textile Fergana» had been held the first joint meeting with participation of the president of the Company and representatives of industrial sectors.

During the meeting have been considered some questions, which are actual among the workers of manufacture. Including the question that on Saturdays workers of а shift have been compelled to arrive for a workplace for 1,5 hours earlier of working time. The company management has taken into consideration workers opinion and has solved the given problem with the maximum advantage for workers. Also during the meeting have been considered the questions, connected with working process and current affairs of the company.

Such meetings will held on Tuesdays, every third week of month, and will undoubtedly lead to closing of President and management with workers for the productive resolution of problems, arising during production processes.

Department reconstruction.

From May, 7th experts of departments of Kumtepa and Тashlak factories will settle down at the Central office «DAEWOO Textile Fergana». On the third floor there is a big conference hall for carrying out of meetings for office employees. As a result of redistribution on second and third floors will be located following departments:
