News from company lifeThe 6th Joint meeting.On September, 28th in «Daewoo Textile Fergana» central office was held the 6th joint meeting. There were discussed actual questions on Company development and improvement of workers working conditions. On meeting were reported news and changes in the Company: 1) Natural gas pipe has already built to Fergana factory restaurant for creation of favorable conditions for restaurant workers. In future it is planned to build a gas pipe to restaurants of Tashlak and Kumtepa factories. 2) On September, 26th, 2010 was stopped the attempt of larceny of yarn. Now this accident is investigated. 3) For Kumtepa factory workers, was created the separate places for drinking water. 4) It is necessary to give more attention to quality of made production, and not to suppose a big quantity of rejected production. Questions and offers of workers: 1) To provide timely delivery of spare parts by import department. 2) To expand routing ways to Akbarobod district. 3) Workers of export department suggest to send offers for production from Tashkent Office in time, without leaving all contracts to the end of the month, and not to create emergency situations. 4) Was considered the question on definition of the category to workers, having hospital list. In the end of meeting the President of the Company has wished to estimate each worker individually, according to its merits and contribution, which he brought in Company development. Appointment of uzbek managers.On October, 18th, 2010 in Tashlak factory, Uzbek experts will be appointed the shift managers. From now on, at 3 DTF factories the shift managers will be only Uzbek experts. «Daewoo Textile Fergana» management aspires to work effectively and solve problems together with Uzbek managers. For the purpose of our Company accomplishment, has been made reconstruction of "Daewoo Textile Fergana" central office. Our Company is our home. Realizing projects on an accomplishment and improving our Company, we take gradual steps on a way to achievement of our purpose, which was put by Company President Mr. Jeong Ki Seop - «Creation the beautiful and faultless company, the Company №1 in Uzbekistan.» Thanks to all workers, who took part in reconstruction works.
