Training of the future experts. 

With the view of training of the qualified experts for work at offices of industrial sectors, it’s planned to invite 30 graduates of Polytechnic Institute of the energetic, informatics and mechanics faculties for acquaintance with Company activity and two-month training in the basic departments and industrial factories. From them will be chosen 15 best experts for work in the Company. Nowadays for 30 students-candidates is made the training schedule in departments and on manufacture.

In August it's planned to invite to the Company six students from the Fergana Politechnic Institute and  Fergana State University, who received grants from our Company. For them will be organized the program for acquaintance with industrial work and Company activity.

Attraction of new personnel to the Company.

On July, 16th, 2010, "Daewoo Textile  Fergana" for formation of new workplaces, attraction of young, full forces and desire to work in our Company girls and guys, has placed advertising on  TV-radio channel «RUXSOR».

After advertising translation by radio and TV, to our Company for interview have addressed 245 persons, from them for today are working 179 persons. New workers have been placed on weaving and spinning manufacture for training on operators vacancy of  spinning and weaving equipment, and also for training of young men on mechanics-repairmen vacancy of this equipment.

In future our Company plans continue to involve new young experts, by negotiations with city and region settlement committees.

The fourth joint meeting has taken place.

On August, 3rd, 2010 at the Central office of «Daewoo Textile Fergana» Company has taken place the fourth joint meeting, in which took part the Company President Mr.Jeong Ki Seop, financial director Mr.Kim Woog Dong, and also labor union and industrial sectors representatives.

At meeting have been considered the most significant matters in Company life:

•      Delivery of awards for industrial sectors, which have execute the plan, following the results of the quarter (were allocated 30 million sum).
•      The problem of personal shortage: have been placed announcements and advertising on local TV-radio channel.
•      Is conducted repair of  DTF Central office facade, which planned to finish on September 2010.
•      Building of pergolas for workers of Fergana, Тashlak and Kumtepa factories.     Salary payment in time. 

At the end of meeting Company President has reminded to participants three important criteria of Company development, which should know each DTF worker.

On July, 18th, 2010, President of the Company «Daewoo Textile Fergana» Mr.Jeong K.S. and General Sales manager Mr.Lee J.S. will visit Turkey for the purpose of conclusion of the new long-term contracts with  leading Turkish textile companies. As it's known, Turkey is the known world textiles manufacturer.

Thanks to new contracts, our Company will have an opportunity of favorable realization of production, working directly with foreign manufactures without intermediaries and also convenience in transportation.

Developed new kinds of fabrics.

Experts of «Daewoo Textile Fergana» Company, have developed new articles of fabrics. The given fabrics  is planned to let out in the near future on weaving mills of our Company. They are intended for tailoring of man's, female and children's clothes.

Till now, our Company's technologies of textile manufacture have been focused on release of various kinds of fabrics, basically for household use.

Now, for the purpose of expansion of assortment of produced textile production, it is planned to reorient weaver's manufacture also for release of cotton fabrics for tailoring, that will allow our Company to leave on more high industrial level.
