"Daewoo Textile Fergana" has its specially developed modernized structure of management. In aspiration to respond traditionally high standards of social responsibility, we use all possibilities for improvement of our worker's life and society as a whole. We create conditions in which our workers can realize their potential.

Basing on short-term and long-term strategy of development, the company management has strongly constructed fundamental bases.

Organisation

Export (Sales department) - their work consists of organization of production sales, attraction of new buyers and partners, registration of export operations, contracts on local market, control of shipment and delivery of containers with production.

Import (Purchasing department) - provides purchases from the local and foreign markets, registration of import contracts, declarations, customs documents.

Raw materials purchasing department (Cotton team) - selection of raw materials of the best quality for further production, conclusion of raw materials delivery contracts.

Planning (corporate planning department) - organization of Company projects, work with Company web-site, work on public relations, making of business plan.

Personnel and Salary departments - provide the process of salary calculation, registration of the salary documentation, the conclusion and the termination of labor contracts, wages ratifying, personnel selection.

Financial and Accounting departments - registration of all financial operations, accounting reports, payment system, execution of contracts, accounts, vouchers, bank operations, payment forms.

R&D (research and development department) - studying and adoption of new technologies, innovation, development of new kinds of production, new methods of production quality control.

PQA (Production quality assurance department) - carry out process of quality assurance of production, the analysis of weaving and spinning production.

Tashkent Office - realization of export transactions, attraction of new potential partners and clients, control on registration of export documents and shipments, timely delivery of production and payment of all shipments is carried out by the collective of the Tashkent office.
