Experts discuss development of textile industry in Uzbekistan
A session of the expert council of Business Forum titled “Actual issues of developing textile industry” was held in Tashkent on 4 June 2010. Certificate Oeko-Teks 100 (Germany).
On February, 26, 2010 "Daewoo Textile Fergana" LLC was awarded with international ecological certificate Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
The specified standard characterizes a product from the point of view of persons' ecology. The product is checked up on conformity to strict requirements and restrictions by quantity harmful detachments, influences on coverlet and the pH-factor.

In February 2010 world prices for a cotton have grown for 15 percent
In February, 2010 the world prices for a cotton have sharply grown. Cotlook the Index A shows the growth of the prices from 75,35 cents per pound for February, 1st - to 85,55 cents per pound on February, 26th, informs The International Cotton Advisory Committee. 23.02.2010
