In the course of training the company’s employees, the Swiss two-tier model of vocational training was used. The applied methodology for the assessment of knowledge and skills is recognized internationally.
Recall, on July 12, in the Bektemir district of the city of Tashkent, on the Rohat street, the opening of a high-tech metalworking plant of the Metal Processing JV took place. Metal Works has established the production of parts for textile equipment, as well as spare parts used in the field of motor transport.
In the course of organizing the enterprise and setting up production, the issue of training qualified personnel was raised. To solve it, industry experts have established cooperation with SkillSonics International AG (Switzerland) - an international provider of vocational education and training (VET) on methods and standards proven by time in many sectors of the Swiss industry.
In order to improve the skills of local staff, as well as the competitiveness and performance of the new plant, Rieter continued to invest in the transfer of ноу-хау solutions and methods through professional training.
Based on the requirements of Rieter, SkillSonics International AG analyzed the training needs of local employees and developed individual training modules for various departments to improve their skills and performance.
